Anutin stressed that true peace is achieved through cooperation and dialogue, rather than merely the absence of conflict. In discussing regional concerns, he advocated for dialogue in resolving disputes between Thailand and Cambodia, particularly in the context of maritime discussions under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, emphasizing the focus on maritime delimitation.
The Prime Minister also reiterated Thailand’s support for peace and national reconciliation in Myanmar. He drew attention to the necessity of peaceful approaches to resolving conflicts, including the ongoing situation in Palestine, underscoring Thailand’s commitment to promoting peace and stability in these regions.
