The discussions highlighted the potential for combining Russia’s technological prowess with Vietnam’s developmental objectives. Both nations are keen to explore joint research and training programs as part of this collaborative effort. Human resource development emerged as a pivotal area for sustained cooperation, with both sides agreeing on the importance of strengthening ties between educational and training institutions.

Plans to increase exchanges between experts, enhance engineer training, and initiate joint research initiatives were key points of discussion. The meeting also identified science and technology, innovation, energy, and oil and gas as sectors ripe for expanded cooperation, reinforcing the strategic partnership between the two countries.

This collaborative dialogue underscores a mutual commitment to deepening educational and technological exchanges, aiming to foster more substantial cooperation in strategic research areas. Through these efforts, Vietnam and Russia seek to solidify long-term relationships that benefit both nations’ development goals.
