These partners are now equipped to independently deliver training on quantum security, a step intended to help organizations transition smoothly to post-quantum cryptography. The newly certified partners include HPT and QNet, both based in Vietnam, as well as Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer from Singapore. They are set to provide SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a variety of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications firms, and public sector entities.
This development aligns with recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to ready themselves for the post-quantum era. The NEAC has expressed concerns that the progress in quantum computing could render current public key cryptography vulnerable. By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had already issued close to 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the magnitude of the impending cryptographic transition. The training program by SpecterAI offers guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity risks using Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z), a model assisting organizations in determining how long their sensitive data must remain secure and the time required to adopt quantum-resistant encryption.
SpecterAI’s initiative aims to bolster regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity, enabling certified partners to conduct training autonomously.
